Documents you need to bring to us to begin the process!!

 

• Criminal History Certificate from every place of residency from the age of 18. This document must be internationally legalized. (Apostille).

• Passport and Photocopy of the information page of the passport.

• One passport sized photograph.

• A Certificate stating your civil status.(i.e. Marriage Certificate)This document must be internationally legalized and updated.

• The Title Deeds of a property of personal ownership within Andorra.( Title Deeds of one property per family)

• Signing of an undertaking to reside within Andorra for 90 days annually.(This document is supplied by the Andorran Immigration Office).

• Documentation of proof of insurance, covering life, accident and pension (for applicants over 60 years of age, no proof of pension in necessary).**

• Certification that the applicant earns more than 300% the annual minimum wage of Andorra** (34.632,00€)**

• All of the documentation, along with Immigrations Forms (held in the A.P.P. offices) must be presented at the interview stage of the Residency Application

• Once the interview process is complete the applicant will have to complete a rudimentary health inspection at the immigration offices.

• A deposit into an Andorran Government bank account 50.000,00€ for the titular of the family and 10.000,00€ for each dependant***.

*** This deposit can be reclaimed when the Passive Residency of any member of the family is renounced.
